How we handle your data.

This draft describes the data used by the site's features and services still awaiting activation. It requires a completeness check and legal validation before publication.

Last updated 23 October 2026

Private profile and School tests

The profile stores name and profession, optional city or region, selected interests and a contact preference for replies to your requests. These details are not published in a directory and do not subscribe you to any list. An optional photo is re-encoded, private and can be replaced or removed by its owner; the original file is not retained.

Real School subscriptions and notifications are not active. Local tests use only synthetic addresses and archives separate from accounts and Radar: one uses a local mailbox, while the other queues messages, encrypts link tokens and simulates delivery. Neither sends real emails or transfers addresses to real mailing lists.

Test retention periods do not establish a policy for the public service. Ending the tests does not guarantee automatic deletion of all their archives and messages.

Who processes the data

Driven S.r.l. a socio unico, based in Parma, Italy. For anything concerning your data, write to info@drivenai.it.

Vercel has been selected to host the site, Neon for a database planned in Frankfurt, and Resend for emails. These services have not yet been activated for the site. Stripe payments are not active.

What we collect, and when

Radar newsletter. New subscriptions and email delivery are not active. You can read the news without providing an email address. Any previously collected addresses remain in their existing archive and are not transferred to School or account records.

driven. account. If you create an account we keep your name, email, creation date and a fingerprint of your password, not the password itself. These details authenticate you and support your private profile.

Account emails. For verification and security messages, the system provides a queue containing the recipient, name, message type and delivery attempt outcomes. Link tokens are encrypted; real email delivery is not active.

Your profession, if you wish. At sign-up and in your profile you can optionally state your trade. We use it only to suggest the modules and packages that fit your work; you can remove or change it any time.

Purchases. Course purchases are closed: the site does not accept new orders or payments. Closing purchases does not delete any orders already held in the archives.

Security. To limit abusive attempts, we record sign-in and sign-up attempts with the email tried and the IP address. Attempts older than one day are cleaned up during later requests: deletion within 24 hours is not guaranteed.

Company requests. The quotation form is closed; email contact remains available. Any previously collected details remain in their existing archive.

If you write to us. The emails you send stay in our mailbox with whatever they contain, for as long as it takes to reply and to manage the relationship that follows.

The weather forecasts used by the scene

The three-dimensional scenes use Parma’s local time. Weather is requested only through an endpoint on this site: when enabled, the server requests forecasts for a fixed point in Parma from MET Norway, without forwarding visitor IP addresses, cookies or other visitor data. Geolocation is not requested. The provider sees the server connection; the site infrastructure retains its normal technical data flows. Forecasts (CC BY 4.0) are adapted for the scene and distinguished from cached data, simulations and the fallback sky used when the service is disabled or data is unavailable.

What this site does not do

It uses no statistics or behavioural analytics: there is no Google Analytics or equivalent.

It does not profile you, does not follow you between sites, and does not sell or share your data with anyone.

It sets no advertising cookies. It uses technical cookies for your session, sign-in protection and the return page after sign-in (Auth.js), plus the area_lang cookie to remember the personal area's language.

Typefaces are hosted on our own servers: opening a page sends no request to any font service.

How long we keep it

You can contact us to request deletion of an address already held in the Radar archive. Disabling new subscriptions does not automatically delete the previous archive.

The session cookie is valid for seven days, can be renewed during use and is removed when you sign out. From your profile you can close sessions on all devices. The area_lang cookie lasts 365 days; the Auth.js protection and return-page cookies are browser session cookies.

When processing of an account email ends, its recipient, content and token are removed from the queue. Metadata completed more than seven days ago is removed progressively by the mail service. These cleanups depend on that service running and are not guaranteed while it is stopped.

Your account stays until you ask us to delete it; any previous orders are kept for as long as tax law requires for invoices.

Correspondence stays for as long as it takes to manage the relationship and meet the obligations arising from it.

What you can ask us

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict its use, to receive it in a machine-readable format, and to object to processing. You can also withdraw your subscription consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of what came before.

Write to info@drivenai.it. A person answers, not a form.

If you believe something is wrong, you can contact the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).

If this page changes
